What genre does your chosen song fall into?
My chosen song, "Therapy" by Corrine Vielle falls into the R&B genre as the song's rhythm and beat is very similar to other R&B songs. For example, 'There goes my Baby' by Usher starts off with a slow beat and slowly the beat gets faster and he starts to sings faster, similarly, in my song: the song starts with a very slow beat and then it gets faster and the artist starts to sing faster as well. Also, in my chosen song there are a lot of rhyming couplets which gives rhythm to the song. Such as: 'you’re my everything everything/You're my remedy my therapy. Likewise in 'There goes my Baby' by Usher there is: "loving everything you do/oo girl look at you'
